Our goal is to provide an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions that help doctors better manage their practices, so they can have time back to focus on what matters to them most. 

Nitra was created by unicorn founders who have successfully scaled to thousands of customers and exited $1B+ public offerings. They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Plaid, and Goldman Sachs. The team is backed by some of the world's leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD.
Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.
We're looking for: A Brand & Social Lead (On-Camera / Company Face) to become the public-facing storyteller and personality behind Nitra.
This role is first and foremost about on-camera presence, narrative craft, and brand embodiment. You will serve as the face of the company across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn — helping define how Nitra shows up to the world through authentic, compelling storytelling.
We're looking for someone who not only thrives in front of the camera, but also deeply understands social media algorithms, platform dynamics, and content distribution mechanics. You should know how content gets discovered, what drives watch time and engagement, how hooks influence retention, and how to adapt storytelling formats for each platform. You'll be supported by a production team that handles most editing.
This role requires regular weekly travel to client sites to film content.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary on-camera personality and brand ambassador for Nitra
  • Acting as the public face of the company across social media and digital channels
  • Telling powerful, human-centered stories about doctors, practice owners, and the impact of Nitra
  • Hosting and leading customer interviews, testimonials, and on-site video shoots
  • Creating short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn) with production team support
  • Collaborating closely with creative and production partners to shape scripts, hooks, narratives, and delivery
  • Developing a strong, recognizable on-camera presence that builds trust and credibility
  • Bringing energy, clarity, and emotional intelligence to interviews and field content
  • Helping evolve Nitra's brand voice and public persona through storytelling
  • Partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align messaging

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, media, journalism, hosting, or creator-focused roles
  • Proven experience growing and engaging audiences on major social platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement patterns, and content distribution
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence speaking to diverse audiences
  • Natural storytelling ability — you can distill complex ideas into engaging narratives
  • Experience interviewing customers or stakeholders and making them comfortable on video
  • An influencer mindset — you understand attention, hooks, authenticity, and audience trust
  • Comfort traveling frequently and filming in real-world environments
  • Experience working with a production or creative team (a plus, not required)

The base salary range for this full-time position is $120k - $160k + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
