    Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in San Antonio, TX .

    Repair, modify and maintain highly complex aircraft structures, structural components and engines

    • Repair and maintain aircraft components including but not limited to flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems and mechanical components
    • Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunction
    • Apply technical expertise in restoring equipment condition and operation

    This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

    An interim and/or final U.Top Secret clearance Post Start is required
    The position requires the ability to pass an assessment at the end of training cycle
    7+ years of experience in aircraft heavy maintenance

    • 7+ years of experience working various aircraft exterior and interior systems (I.e. hydraulic, flight control, monuments, landing gears, fuel systems, and engines
    • 7+ years of experience in working with schematics, specifications, assembly drawings and standard operating procedures
    • Experience in accessing aircraft data
    • Must be willing to work a variable shift
    Experience performing aircraft engine runs, and engine borescope inspections

    • Experience operating an aircraft tug/tow vehicle, forklift, mobile crane, and riding type electric powered elevating equipment
    • Relocation:
