- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including those specific to the practice of Family Medicine in Florida.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, providing feedback and guidance to NPs to enhance patient care.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, administrative staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Training and Development: Provide mentorship and training to NPs and other healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Patient Safety: Ensure that patient safety is prioritized at all times, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Active medical license in the State of Florida, with a specialization in Family Medicine.
- Previous experience as a Medical Director or in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Florida.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in chart review and quality assurance processes.
