A typical day may include the following

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external client contacts as well as internal multi-functional teams
• Set and manage client expectations through outstanding communication regarding project scope, schedule and direction
• Facilitate kick-off meetings with the client, and participate in occasional sales presentations, representing CLD's project management capabilities
• Manage internal communications across departments while accounting for work processes associated with various deliverables, including print modules, workshops and e-learning deliverables
• Facilitate, coordinate and track day-to-day activities and resources required to deliver our products efficiently, on time and ithin the proper quality

What we need from you

• BA or equivalent experience managing and designing blended learning solutions
• 3-4 years of project management experience within a digital agency
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within budget and scope, as well as to assess and manage client expectations
• Perform regular risk assessments and mitigate risks that may arise
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Understand medical/scientific terminology to the extent that it instills credibility with the client that their needs are being effectively addressed
• Willingness to travel occasionally
