Position: Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Rutledge, Tennessee; On-site only
Job Description:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with us, you will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data, and provide training and support to clients, families, and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Implement evidence-based interventions to teach new skills and reduce problem behaviors
Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track client progress and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective treatment implementation
Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on ABA principles and techniques

Qualifications:

Must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, School/Educational Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Must hold a National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with Elementary - High school students preferred
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Details:

Compensation: $45+ per hour
Start: August 5th, 2024
End: May 23rd, 2025
Would NOT be supervising RBTs
