    Total Rewards Analyst

    Under general direction, the Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for CDK compensation and benefits programs to help deliver total rewards packages that are competitive, meet employee needs, and support organizational goals. Reports to Sr. Manager, Compensation.

    Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions

    Compensation
    • Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking roles, analyzing role requirements to best classify jobs and pull correct compensation comparable data.
    • Drive core processes such as various compensation approvals and maintenance of job architecture; be brilliant with the basics - Supports compensation training and the implementation of year-end merit & bonus cycles
    • Extensive compensation data compilation, manipulation, and analysis, including running ad hoc reports and report design in Workday compensation module
    • Aide in maximizing Workday compensation and benefits utilization and design of statements and reports
    • Utilize compensation database and other sources to pull and analyze compensation reports
    Benefits
    • Run reports and analyze benefits data in support of Workday and Benefit Vendor benefits systems and benefit audit tasks
    • Support and provide input to the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide Total Rewards offerings
    • Partners effectively with cross functional teams, such as HR Tech and HRBPs, to optimize HR capability and system accuracy
    • Partner with vendors and assist in updating intranet communications to increase both actual and perceived value of Total Rewards offerings to employees
    • Conducts analysis and develops metrics to determine effectiveness of wellness initiatives and makes recommendations for improvements
    • Manage one or more non-core total rewards vendor relationships, monitoring performance, utilization, and invoicing
    Qualifications & Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
    • 1+ years of benefit experience preferred
    • 1+ years of compensation experience essential
    • Strong business acumen and demonstrated proficiency with complex spreadsheets as well as some consulting with internal HR stakeholders
    • Analytical mindset complimented by strong problem-solving skills and detail orientation
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to proactively plan large bodies of work ensuring milestones are met
    • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively, creatively, and use own judgement
    • Experience handling highly confidential information
    • A passion for excellence and innovation with focus on enhancing employee experience
    • Promote accountability, transparency, and collaboration
    Preferred Attributes
    • Workday compensation module experience
    • MSO Office suite experience (Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Excel - Expertise in VLOOKUP, Formulas and Pivot Tables
    • PowerPoint - Creating Presentation
    • Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity & transparency, and an understanding of quantitative and qualitative job evaluation techniques
    • CBP or CCP Certification
