    Minimum of four (4) years of experience within the past ten (10) years working with customers and/or stakeholders translating and analyzing data, identifying data trends, drafting data reports for executives, and providing insights and recommendations to support monitoring, oversight, and outreach efforts.

    Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past seven (7) years as a data analyst, serving as a researcher, data engineer, or business intelligence analyst for a state department.

    Minimum of one (1) year experience within the past five (5) years working with a business intelligence tool, such as Tableau or DOMO.

    Task Group - Data Analysis Services

    3.1

    Contractor shall serve as the data analyst and provide a broad range of expert-level services, including:

    Analysis of EVV data and trends.
    Analysis of provider and user onboarding data and trends.
    Data report generation and management using the Business Intelligence (BI) tool, and MS Office applications.
    Analysis and management of State and federal requirements.
    Analysis and recommendations related to change requests and configuration change items.

    3.2

    Contractor shall research, analyze, interpret, and provide data insights and conclusions to the State teams and program SMEs.

    3.3


    Contractor shall analyze visit data and related data submitted via a variety of tools to determine and identify trends, gaps, concerns, data quality issues, etc.

    3.4


    Contractor shall produce data analysis reports with trends, patterns, and predictions, and provide management with recommendations on methods to improve data quality and trends.

    3.5


    Contractor shall analyze user onboarding data (currently via the Onboarding Report) and provide recommendations to increase adoption and/or retention of the user population via stakeholder engagement and other methods.

    3.6


    Contractor shall serve as the subject matter expert on the BI tool used by CalEVV (currently DOMO BI provided by the EVV Vendor).

    3.7

    Contractor shall leverage the BI tool and other CalEVV Solution export features to produce reports and present/share data analytics.

    3.8

    Contractor shall track State and federal data requirements impacting EVV and provide analysis and recommendations as needed.

    3.9


    Contractor shall develop and deliver quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using EVV data from the BI Tool and applications required by CMS for continued compliance with the federal mandate.

    3.10


    Contractor shall participate in the Change Control Process, providing analysis, insight on benefits and impacts, and recommendations of changes to configurations, deliverables, applications, processes, policy, and the user community.

    3.11

    Contractor shall participate as a reviewer of deliverables and work plans, as assigned.

    3.12


    Contractor shall act as a process improvement advocate, reviewing and analyzing the business processes, roles, and technologies with the objective of identifying any gaps or areas of improvement and providing recommendations.
