Position Summary

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in a human relations field.
Experience:
Preferably two or more years experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting.
Licensure:
Licensed to practice in the State of Texas as a mental health professional (LMSW, LPC (any), LMFT (any), or RN).
Additional Requirements:
An extensive working knowledge of the DSM-V, ICD-10, and the Mental Status Exam. Additionally, an extensive working knowledge of the Addiction and Recovery field preferred.
CPR certification and training in appropriate use of CPI Non-violent Crisis Intervention before department orientation and prior to assisting in a restraining process.
May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.EEO Statement
