Description
Responsibilities
Review construction and utilities plans
Updating conflict matrix and necessary trackers
Meets as necessarywith project team to understand project priorities and needs.
Collects, coordinates and analysis shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements and project data through the duration of the project to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.
Attend meetings with the utility owners, client and the construction team. Agenda and minutes preparationMaintaining accurate records, trackers.
Cataloging all outstanding issues to completion
Cost control management, including managing budgets for projects, handling submission of pay forms and approving.
