PETADATA is currently looking to hire for the position of Senior SDET for one of their clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Architect, designing, and developing scalable and maintainable automated testing frameworks tailored to the financial domain.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of automated test suites using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and other relevant tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test automation opportunities and define automation requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing of financial software applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality automation code.
• Mentor and coach QA engineers on test automation techniques and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation and quality assurance in the financial domain.

Required Skills:

• 10+years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation in the financial domain.
• Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver and API Testing.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and Rest assured SQL.
• Experience with automation framework development and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of financial industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Agile, or Selenium WebDriver.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
