Description
Job Summary:
Under general supervision of a full-time research scientist/lab manager, the Aide carries out a broad range of functions and procedures to support research activities in the lab.
After one year of successful lab work the Aide will be offered the opportunity to engage in research activities if he/she has the interest and ability to do so.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.
Preferred Qualifications:
One to two years of college level education and current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or other related field.
Must have Work Study.
Work Days:
Salary Range/Pay Rate:
$16 per hour
