- Conduct thorough competitor analyses to identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities.
- Proven experience in a CRO or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Proficient in speaking technical language and effectively communicating with developers
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Hotjar, BigQuery, etc)
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently searching for and applying new solutions to enhance processes and outcomes.
- Proven capability to guide projects from the beginning to the end, showcasing effective planning, execution, and successful delivery.
