- Welcome all Members, Member Guests, and pre-approved Resort Guests affiliated with The Lido. Assist these Members and Guests with their reservation logistics with the highest level of customer service.
- Transport golf bags and other belongings from the bag drop / bag storage area to appropriate shuttle.
- Greet golfers returning from the course, and assist with transporting and loading into vehicles or returning bags to the bag storage room.
- Ensure all Sand Valley and Lido policies and procedures are being followed at all times.
- Assist Outside Services, Guest Services, and Transportation teams to assist with organizing luggage and client arrivals and departures.
- Keep workspace neat and orderly at all times.
- Provide excellent customer services, professional advice and assistance to all guests.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Assist in interdepartmental communications.
- Assist with other duties as requested by the Head Golf Professional.
- Preferred 1-2 years in hospitality experience
