Description

We are looking for a Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to join our Water Business Group in Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater treatment project design and experience leading design teams through the planning, design, permitting and construction phases.

They will perform client development and management activities to support our North Texas Water Business Group team.

In the role of Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager, we'll count on you to:

Function as a Project Manager, and be responsible for executing projects and managing and developing multidiscipline teams, utilizing business systems and project management toolsBuild team technical expertise and design production capacity through recruitment, staff development and trainingLead and mentor junior staffParticipate in leadership for technical service functions and support the development of services in utility planning, asset management, and water/wastewater facilities planning and design.

Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresPerform other duties as neededSome regional/national travel will be expectedRequired QualificationsBS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline requiredMinimum of 7 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment designMinimum 2 years of project management experienceMicrosoft Office Suite experience is requiredMust have excellent communication, leadership and planning skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environmentMust have strong skills in preparing client presentations, project memoranda, and reportsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culturePreferred QualificationsMS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline preferredLocal candidates are preferredTexas PE license or E.I.TFlexible work from home options available.

Compensation:
