    As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, reporting to the Corporate Quality Manager, we are looking for an experienced CORPORATE QUALITY ENGINEER.


    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for Manufacturing Quality Control compliance to ISO and IATFResponsible for Continuous Improvement initiatives to Quality ControlSupports Various plant locations to develop APQP document (Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plans)Working with management, Provides Rationale, Cost and ROI analysis on manufacturing plans by productSupports plant with failure analysis related to manufacturing and determining causePrepares and maintains documentation of new and modified manufacturing processesAssists in the In-process and final Assembly inspection activities as requiredStrong knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, CAPAS)Manages the Quality Management System of the entity (QMS)Develops inspection methods to analyze product qualityImproves product quality by making recommendations for changeBrainstorms ideas to create solutions for identified problemsFormulates a strategic plan to increase productivity in the businessAssists in internal Audits, documents results and findingsImplements a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process


    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


    5+ years' experience within a Quality Engineering role is requiredBachelor's Degree in Engineering is highly preferredIn-depth understanding of industry market trends and conditions (Automotive, Logistics, 3PL) is highly preferredMES (Manufacturing Execution Software) / Systems Experience (PINpoint) is highly preferredExperience in a quality assurance environment is requiredHigh proficiency in computer technology and systems operationsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work efficiently in a team environmentAbility to travel (up to 75%+) based on business needs, providing multi-location supportComprehensive Logistics Inc.
