Some pediatric consultation psychiatry and partial hospitalization coverage is needed in a group that operates in a flexible coverage model to enhance collaboration and wellbeing.
Join a flourishing clinical educational department and help expand access to under-served populations, both in urban and rural settings. Providence INWA Behavioral Health department includes both a Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. The department is a robust, innovative, quality improvement driven team setting. We foster a close, caring, and supportive psychiatry and advanced practice provider group with a fun cohort of residents.Enjoy a work environment where diverse viewpoints and new ideas are appreciated, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in beautiful Eastern Washington.
Monday-Friday, 5 shifts/week, 5-day block or 7 on/7 offOpportunity to supervise and teach residents and medical students
Call reimbursement is additional
Relocation and sign-on bonus available

Compensation is between $260,160 and $358,467 per year
The compensation amounts listed include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers have CME benefits available to them.
