Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed bathing dressing toileting and walking Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping Complying with all safety and health standards including infection control procedures Assessing for changes in condition communicating immediately to supervisor Administering medications injections to residents based on medical charts Following schedule assisting residents with repositioning Utilizing good judgment in providing client care safety Assisting other team members duties Completing required documents charting Answer call lights assessing residents needs Obtaining meal trays assisting eating Other duties assigned by supervisor
