    Description

    Job Title: Project Manager

    Summary:

    This project will last until 2025, requiring coordination and supervision of full cycle construction activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up the project site office trailer, ensure permits and safety regulations are posted, and coordinate field personnel to achieve completion on schedule.
    • Maintain a construction schedule, identify problems, and order materials as needed.
    • Promote job site safety and adhere to company safety policy.
    • Prepare submittal logs, receive approved submittals, and notify the Project Manager of potential schedule impact.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Contracting.
    • Experience with projects larger than 50,000 square feet and industrial projects.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Project.
