    Description

    The Position:

    • This role will be responsible for managing and driving our growing domestic and international wholesale business.
    • Responsible for independently managing existing accounts while also consistently seeking new business opportunities.
    • Partner with VP of Global Sales to develop seasonal projections and global growth strategy.
    • Increase brand penetration, awareness, and profitability, while maintaining positioning and credibility at the consumer level.
    • Analyze selling reports and react to in-season business needs through reorders, recut opportunities, and swaps to ensure sales targets are met.
    • Manage market preparation and appointments as well as internal and external follow up.
    • Partner with cross-functional departments including design, production, and logistics.
    • Passionate and articulate communication of the brands philosophy and vision, both internally and externally.

    As Sr. AE, you will have a deep understanding of direct sales and merchandising in the contemporary market, bringing a successful track record of building strong businesses. As a tenacious salesperson, you will understand the need to drive the business forward and are able to react quickly to business opportunities. You are passionate about product, have excellent communication skills, and are capable to presenting the collection independently to a variety of retail partners.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Implementing the brand's strategic vision for growth.
    • Passionate sales executive with strong connections to domestic and global retailers.
    • Excellent listening and communications skills and the ability to ask questions, share information and respect others' perspectives while driving towards agreed upon business objectives.
    • Brand ambassador who understands the essence of the brand, its customer and how to translate it into day to day business building strategies, producing results with every partner.
    • Eagerness, strong work ethic and high energy level. Must bring ideas and keep the ball moving.
    • A deep understanding of the contemporary marketplace.
    • Straightforward, honest, and fair mannered. Success in the company is based on results and collaboration.
    • Entrepreneurial and comfortable working with a lean organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Organized and able to multi-task
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
