The Law Firm Administrator oversees the daily business operations of a personal injury law firm ensuring efficient workflows strong financial controls and compliance with legal and ethical standards This role partners closely with attorneys to manage staff finances systems and office operations so attorneys can focus on client advocacy key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day office operations developing administrative policies managing vendors leases supplies facilities technology systems case management software data security practices managing firm budget expenses cash flow billing trust accounting expense reimbursement processes coordinating outside accounting payroll providers monitoring contingency fee tracking preparing financial reports for firm leadership human resources staffing hiring onboarding training performance management payroll benefits administration timekeeping employee relations disciplinary matters personal injury case support intake medical records liens settlements ensure administrative systems support PI workflows monitor case status reporting deadlines settlement processing disbursement procedures maintain records regulatory inquiries implement risk management best practices act as strategic partner provide operational insights growth efficiency expansion initiatives staffing plans process improvements be first point of contact potential clients convert signed cases new case quotas identify retain viable lead source companies oversee sales marketing operations be call after hours weekends PC calls required qualifications include 5 years law firm administration experience knowledge contingency fee practices trust accounting experience staff office operations proficiency legal practice management accounting software organizational leadership communication skills sales marketing skills preferred qualifications include experience plaintiff-side law firm knowledge medical billing liens settlement disbursement processes bachelor degree business administration finance related field HR certification compensation includes competitive salary health insurance paid time off holidays retirement plan options professional development opportunitiesJob description
