    Posting Summary:

    Mission Multiplier is looking for multiple Cyber Security SMEs contingent on award of contract. This is a crucial role providing Functional Mission Analysis-Cyber assistance to identify the weapon system's critical information technology architecture and supporting infrastructure that aids the warfighting mission. Contractor personnel supporting Functional Mission Analysis work activities shall possess a fundamental understanding of DoD Mission Assurance concepts and principles and how they relate to the United States Air Force (USAF) Mission. The SME will lead efforts in cyber offense and defense capabilities, policy, doctrine, and the integration of cutting-edge cyber technologies.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist with systems engineering to ensure end-to-end integration and operation of cyber-sensing and operations capabilities.
    • Lead the design, testing, and implementation of secure operating systems, networks, and database products.
    • Advise on cyber hardening strategies for military weapon systems, including both legacy and new systems.
    • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits, offering recommendations for application design and security enhancements.
    • Oversee the development of new systems, applications, and solutions for enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks.
    • Participate in the creation and enforcement of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures).
    • Analyze logs and reports, interpret their implications, and participate in investigations into problematic activity.
    • Provide expert support, research, and analysis of exceptionally complex problems related to cyber security.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related discipline.
    • At least 10 years of technical or cyber-related experience, with specific emphasis on cyber offense and defense capabilities.
    • Current active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
    • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent Level II Certification in according with (IAW) DoD M requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience in full-spectrum cybersecurity operations and deep knowledge of secure operating systems and data security.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex security concepts across all levels of the organization.
    • Passionate about advancing cyber security practices within defense and emerging technology environments.
    • In-depth knowledge of various technical resources pertinent to emerging cyber tools and capabilities required to perform functional mission analysis and supporting assessments, including open-source technologies.
    • Understanding of USAF mission, USAF NIPR & SIPR account management (preferred).
    • Understanding of Mission Assurance Database Support System (MADSS) and other similar data base repositories, such as the Strategic Mission Assurance Database System (SMADS). in-depth knowledge of various technical resources pertinent to emerging cyber tools and capabilities required to perform functional mission analysis and supporting assessments, including open-source technologies (preferred).

    Additional Details:

    • Approximately 30% CONUS/OCONUS travel required.
