    The Role

    The Senior Account Executive owns the full revenue motion from discovery through close. This role requires disciplined, executive-level discovery, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build quantified business cases tied to measurable impact.

    You will operate using a structured SPICED discovery framework (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision) to uncover real economic drivers, define urgency, and align with executive buyers.

    You are expected to exceed quota, raise the standard of the team, and contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven sales approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Run a disciplined, consultative sales process from discovery to close using the SPICED framework
    • Lead rigorous discovery that quantifies business pain, defines measurable impact, and aligns to clear critical events
    • Build executive-ready business cases grounded in financial outcomes and revenue impact
    • Generate 4+ self-sourced opportunities per month
    • Partner with BDRs to develop and penetrate target account lists
    • Lead tailored demos in collaboration with Sales Engineering
    • Collaborate with Marketing Services (CSMs) pre-sale to align on strategic execution plans
    • Leverage AI tools and automation (Gong, Outreach, CRM intelligence, internal AI systems) to drive efficiency and improve win rates
    • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline
    • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
    • Share insights and experimentation learnings to continuously improve our sales motion
    • Travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales
    • 5+ years of experience in SaaS AdTech
    • 3+ years of experience in MarTech or a Performance Marketing Solutions or Agency
    • Experience closing ACV deals in the $75K–$250K+ range
    • Demonstrated mastery of structured discovery methodologies (SPICED, MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar)
    • Strong executive presence and ability to sell to marketing and revenue leaders
    • High intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in an AI-driven environment
    • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • Bias toward action, accountability, and measurable outcomes
