Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, responsible for all sales, providing outstanding customer service, creating marketing and sales content, managing website and CRM. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service and sales
• CRM Experience
• An understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
• The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and sales representatives
• Ability to generate new sales and penetrate into new markets
• Prior experience in the stone or construction industry is a plus
