• Skill Level 3: Duties include: * Oversee the activity of the quality assurance deliverables * Develop, implement, and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing * Provides development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract.

* Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software development process is being implemented relative to the defined process andrecommends methods to optimize the organization's process. * May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. * Conducts Quality Assurance audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation.

* Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications Required Skills and Experience: * Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to monitor the production of a product or service in order to maintain a desired level of quality.

* Demonstrated knowledge of quality management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard published by the ISO.

* Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials, components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements.
