We are seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the CMP Marketing Manager in overseeing the daily operations and productivity of the CMP Marketing Team.+
+Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of CMP Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
- Maintain total site marketing penetration standards set by management.
