Job summary
We are looking for Telehealth Nurse Practitioners who are licensed in Montana and Idaho.They will provide virtual health risk assessments including past medical history review,
systems evaluation medication reconciliation wellness exam point-of-care testing diagnosis identification
and active medical management treatment formulation list current past medical conditions using clinical knowledge judgment findings assessment.
Nurse Practitioners must reside on West Coast have unencumbered licenses multiple state licensure plus years patient care experience required primary care adult geriatric EMR skills preferred strong sense empathy compassion friendly communication skills written oral sincerity respect compassion competitive wages flexible schedule ability work remotely equipment iPad provided
