    Job Title: Vice President of Advertising

    Job Summary: As the Vice President of Advertising, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of advertising strategies to promote our products or services. You will lead a team of advertising professionals, collaborate with other departments, and work closely with external partners to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through various advertising channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop Advertising Strategy:
      • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
      • Define advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across different advertising channels.
    2. Team Leadership and Management:
      • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of advertising professionals, including creative directors, media planners, and copywriters.
      • Set clear goals and objectives for the advertising team and ensure they are aligned with overall business objectives.
      • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
    3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
      • Conceptualize and oversee the development of advertising campaigns across various mediums, including digital, print, television, radio, and outdoor.
      • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective advertising creative, messaging, and visuals.
      • Work closely with media planners to identify optimal media channels and negotiate advertising placements to maximize reach and impact.
    4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
      • Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, using key metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
      • Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising to continually enhance advertising strategies and tactics.
    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of advertising efforts with overall business goals.
      • Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to leverage their expertise and resources in executing advertising campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (10 Years) advertising, with a track record of success in developing and executing advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and leading a team of advertising professionals.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.
    • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and advertising trends.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
