+ Job summary: Position Title: Audiology Clinics seeks a licensed Audiologist to serve patients in our Audiology Clinic providing comprehensive audiological services across the lifespan.+ + Qualifications: + Master's degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment with CCC-Audiology certification.+ Six months of clinical experience as a licensed Audiologist.+ Hold Indiana state licensure in Audiology from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency IPLA Eligible to be credentialed as an Audiologist with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services CMS as well as commercial health insurance carriers+ + Responsibilities:+ Provide audiological evaluation treatment for patients seen in clinics Position temporarily funded therefore benefits-eligible+ Complete necessary clinical documentation support patient treatment plans facilitate timely filing healthcare claims insurance payers Maintain patient confidentiality adhere clinic policies procedures securing protected health information accordance Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act HIPAA Adhere strictly follow CoH Clinics policies security related clinical spaces patient care safety+ Provide outreach support scheduled programming events local community Perform related duties assigned+
