As a Night Shift CNC Machinist, you'll get to demonstrate your machining skills in a Monday through Thursday schedule, giving you long weekends to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

CNC Machinists at Level 2, 3, and 4 are responsible for running established jobs with minimal guidance. Performing tasks within part families allows machinists to work independently.

This role emphasizes producing high-quality parts by setting up machines, managing tool life, and executing secondary operations like deburring and adding holes.

Requirements

1. Effectively manage NC programs to meet production goals.
2. Operate machines safely and follow best practices for part handling.
3. Utilize machine tool life management effectively.
4. Adhere to schedules and changeovers efficiently.
5. Maintain material traceability and handle raw materials accurately.
6. Consistently follow work cell processes and standard operating procedures.
7. Perform regular maintenance and keep work area organized.
8. Use standard operating procedures for process control and part inspection.
9. Maintain machine status accurately and comply with monitoring requirements.
10. Ensure good attendance as per company policy.
11. Support fellow team members in machine operations.
12. Complete assigned tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1 year of machining experience.

Desirable Qualifications

1. Associates degree or certificate in machining.
2. Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices.
