    Job Title:
    Behavioral Health Therapist (Unlicensed) - multiple openings available

    Pay Rate:
    This is a salaried position starting at $52,573 per year.

    Schedule:
    Full-time, Monday through Friday

    About our Team

    The Behavioral Health Outpatient team is a resource for children, adolescents, and young adults so they can get back to feeling amazing.

    Our therapists and Certified Nurse Practitioner work closely with each client and their family to develop skills to manage mood, thinking, and behaviors – making the move towards resiliency and healing, and becoming happier and healthier at home, school, and in the community.

    About the Position

    The Behavioral Health Therapist provides evidence-based treatment to children and their families within an outpatient behavioral health clinic, school, virtual, and/or community setting, in accordance with agency vision and mission.

    In this role you will participate in supervision, case consultation conferences and agency meetings. You will also serve as an ambassador for the promotion of the Children's Institute.


    Qualifications:
    Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or related degree required.
    Master's prepared clinician practicum required.

    Three years' experience working as a behavioral health clinician with children/families with diverse cultures, and children with disabilities (sensory, cognitive, physical) preferred.

    Credentialing with managed care organizations preferred.
