    Job Summary

    This is a RN OR Full Time Days position responsible for providing professional nursing care within an assigned unit. The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal skills, ability to work with team members, and experience in CVICU or ICU or Min 2 years in Cardiac Stepdown.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provides individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.
    • Acts as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
    • Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.

    Requirements

    • Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
    • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
    • CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BSN degree
    • 1 year of acute care experience
    • Certification in specialty area of practice

    The estimated salary for this role is $ $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive benefits package.
