Description
Point Sebago Resort - Casco MainePrep Cook Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Measures ingredient and prepares food in accordance to food service standards.
follows daily prep list as stated from kitchen manager
Portions the food according to daily events and needs
Carefully supervises the food temperature and the temperature from cooling rooms , to ensure the ingredients kept are at the appropriate temperature.
Insures proper supply level for work areasProperly operates kitchen equipment following all safety protocol at all times
Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policies at all times
All other duties as assigned
Prep Cook Qualifications
Superior customer service skills.
Serve safe certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environment.
Comfortable effectively communicating with all levels of guests and staff.
