- Mechanical Assembly:

- Pro-press fittings experience
- Prepare units:
- Preform QC integrity checks by pressure testing systems
- Vacuum and charge systems to specifications
- Controls:
- Connect and wire sensors and components to electrical panel
- Process Improvement:
- Recommend and implement process upgrades to enhance energy efficiency and performance.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and new technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on system status, issues, and recommended solutions.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC systems.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Perform maintenance and repairs as needed on a wide array of different manufactured air-cooled chillers.
- Demonstrate strong electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Excel at communicating with all the different internal departments.
