- Travel Rate: $3,584.40 weekly ($2,000 taxable/$1,066.40 housing/$518 meals)
- Local Rate: $70-$82 hourly
- Responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit.
- Role functions include management of human, fiscal, material, support, and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or departments daily operations.
- Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers.
- Evaluate productivity and collaborate with finance to forecast revenue and expenses to prepare and manage the unit/departments budget.
- Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals Involve associates in decisions through a shared governance structure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with associates, physicians, and patients.
- Promote professional development to improve associate retention.
- Facilitate change management.
- Influence others in fostering a healthy work environment Focus on personal growth and development through involvement in professional associations and/or advancing education.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years RN experience required.
- OB/Postpartum experience required.
- Clinical leadership required.
- BSN required.
- MSN preferred.
- Active CO RN license
