- Drive new opportunities by developing new, and leveraging existing client relationships
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of the employment industry, its trends and best practices
- Manage sales cycle; negotiate and close customized deals
- 3+ years proven B2B executive and C-level sales experience, preferably selling a service solution.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Recruiting or HR profession, a plus.
- Experience developing client relationships through daily cold calls, campaigns, group presentations, and "filling the funnel" targeted activities.
- Proven customer acquisition experience utilizing consultative, solution sales processes customized for each opportunity.
- Proficient using , or other CRM, as well as Zoom/Teams or similar tools.
- Proven record of quota attainment, driving new client revenues in excess of $1M annually
