    The Product Development Lab Technician will perform new product development operations (slashing, weaving, bleaching, etc.) and maintain equipment in the sample lab.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Complete assigned development projects per timeline.
    • Maintain sample lab for tours and training
    • Document fabric samples and relevant projects specifications
    • Maintain key inventory levels for finishing, dyeing and sizing chemicals
    • Document machine / equipment breakdowns and repairs
    • Maintain machine and equipment's through cleaning and periodic maintenance
    Qualifications Include:
    • High school diploma required
    • Associates, Bachelors or Technical Degree preferred
    • Machine or production equipment operating experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Weaving or sewing machine operating experience preferred
