- Maintain spreadsheets to track applicants through the hiring process
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the HR and operations teams on the status of hiring
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as resumes and SOPs
- Develop techniques to recruit and support retainment of individuals hired
- Maintain job postings on multiple job boards and utilize social media to advertise hiring events
- Effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population
- Interview candidates for all positions within the company and match high demand skill sets to open positions
- Prepare candidates for interviews, negotiate and present offers for employment, schedule for onboarding activities
- Work in tandem with Sales and HR team to understand our client's hiring needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred
- Knowledge of traffic control, flagging, and oil & gas industry a plus
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to be empathetic and flexible
- Previous recruiting experience preferred
- Computer/Social Media skills required, experience with writing and posting on multiple job boards
- Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused
- Ability to multi-task, plan work activities proactively, and complete daily tasks or meet deadlines under pressure
- Must have a valid Drivers License with clean driving record (NO DUI's or excessive points).
- All candidates must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and work verification check as well as a standard drug screen and fit for duty physical.
