The Staff Accountant will work at the direction of the Controller. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in our finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Your contributions to the team will help ensure smooth operations of our financial processes. You will become the company expert in automating billing and payment processing and support markets across the US.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for various accounting tasks.
• Performing reconciliations, journal entries and financial analysis.
• Completing tasks that support the revenue transactions of the business.
• Maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate expertise in analytical skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide insights and support in decision-making processes.
• Have consistent data input accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Staff Accountants must have solid communication, technology and analytical skills.

· Should possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

· At least 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.

· Proficient in accounting software, Peachtree, Sage 50, QuickBooks a plus.

· Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
