    Primary Job Duties:


    The International Application Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling water treatment products to international customers, requiring strong organizational and communication skills, along with a willingness to learn.

    The ideal candidate will pursue sales leads, promote products, and offer technical support to Wilo subsidiaries, channel partners, and end-users.

    Promote the sale of the company's products through Wilo subsidiaries, direct to international customers, consultants, and other channels as appropriate.

    Support outside sales staff as key technical advisor, identifying and providing reliable solutions to assure customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.

    Review RFPs/RFQs and prepare quotations and submittal proposals based on product knowledge and customer needs.

    Apply technical knowledge, processes, both digital and traditional tools to evaluate how the company's products can be utilized to deliver solutions tailored to meet customer requirements.

    Develop technical offers for engineered products, including, but not limited to, cost estimates, drawings, specifications, and other information as requested by the customer.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
    Collaborate closely with Sales, Order Management, Engineering, Project Management & Production for accurate product specifications and timely schedules.

    Requirements


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical fields preferred.
    2-5 years of application engineering experience
    Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
    Customer-focused with excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Strong organizational skills to meet customer deadlines and maintain job records.
    Sales experience in pumps and pumping equipment in various markets is a plus.
