    Our executive management & restaurant operations team has over 141+ years of collective experience that we rely upon as we stay dedicated to creating an educated, motivated, and inspired TEAM of employees.

    In this position, the Sous Chef is responsible for the daily operations of the heart-of-house functions in the restaurant.

    As the driving force behind a well-organized & energetic shift, your leadership as the Sous Chef is highly influential in providing quality service & genuine hospitality, thus complimenting the outstanding customer experience that we strive to provide while adhering to our Sequence of Service Standards.


    Sous Chef Responsibilities:
    Prepares a variety of cuisines to required specifications & standards utilizing skill & creativity
    Trains & develops their kitchen teammates >> training focused on preparation & presentation
    Monitors & maintains line plating ensuring consistency in quality, portion control, and plate presentation
    Coordinates and communicates with fellow teammates to ensure customer expectations are well satisfied
    Establishes procedures, prepares & coordinates schedules, and expedites the overall workflow
    Assists the Executive Chef / Chefs as needed
    Inventory control, reporting, and maintaining operational systems
    Initiative. Self-Motivation. Positive Attitude & Outlook. Immense inner desire to be great

    Sous Chef Qualifications:
    3 years experience required

    Culinary school graduate
    Thorough understanding of all food preparations, techniques, and styles
    Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays and has a reliable mode of transportation
    Managing & motivating a staff of teammates, committing to excellence and executing to our Sequence of Service Standards, and being a complete brand ambassador for the restaurant
