Product Manager | Permanent | Hybrid

Location:
US, with preference to: Boston, Raleigh/Durham/RTP, Miami, & Austin. The role is remote-first, but this role will ideally involve 1-2x weekly in-person meet-ups with team members

Job Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of how our customers utilize the software and recommend additional features & capabilities to increase our platform's impact
Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels
Support User Research interviews by synthesizing key takeaways, translating them into actionable next steps, and organizing those insights for the Product Team
Contribute to scoping requirements, concept mockups, and user validation testing for new features as inputs into our product planning process
Document product feature functionality and participate in the QA process to ensure our platform is functioning as designed
Translate product usage metrics into actionable insights for the Product Team

Job Requirements

Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment
Excited by the potential of artificial intelligence in the enterprise software space
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3-5+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or a technical role (i.e. data engineer, developer)
Experience with Excel-based analysis, plotting, and PowerPoint development in management consulting contexts
Customer-centric and proactive team player that possesses empathy to drive efficiency-laden initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, Jira, and Figma
Exposure to product and UX-related functions, including designing with Figma
