The Smartsheet Platform Administrator / Solutions Lead will own and administer the Smartsheet platform, enabling portfolio, program, and project execution through scalable solutions, integrations, dashboards, and governance.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or similar role
- A deep hands-on expertise with Smartsheet platform administration including user access security governance license management sheet workspace reporting standards strong experience with smartsheets control center blueprint management proven ability to design executive portfolio project-level dashboards experience building complex reports formulas workflows automations hands-on experience with smartsheets integrations premium apps jira connector other third-party app integrations ability to gather business requirements translate them into scalable smartsheets solutions manage full lifecycle of smartsheets solutions design deployment support strong communication skills work non-technical stakeholders willingness roll up sleeves learn new tools support evolving needs bachelor degree preferred may be waived for strong hands-on-experience
