We're seeking a dynamic Senior irector of Organizational Excellence to lead our team in integrating and optimizing processes and systems across Student Information, Enrollment, Government Reporting,
Finance, Human Resources, Fundraising,and other primary functions.
+ Qualifications: Successful experience in process system data and compliance leadership preferably in academic institutions Proven track record of managing complex processes systems and data Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead large-scale change Experience in organizational development personnel management Administration Ability to influence work with all levels of the organization external stakeholders Proven capability develop implement operations management reporting models Exceptional resource management project coordination skills Well-developed analytical problem-solving skills Excellent communication interpersonal skills Ability handle conflict delegate tasks effectively Master Degree preferred emphasis Business Education Experience WI Department Public Instruction ESSA School Nutrition Programs is desirable + Preferred Skills Experience data analytics visualization tools e.g Tableau Power BI Familiarity Lean principles continuous improvement methodologies Strong facilitation teaching skills train staff CI tools principles Experience cloud-based technologies system integrations
