    We Seek a Leader Who:

    • Holds a Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) or assisted living (AL).
    • Possesses leadership experience (DON, ADON, RN manager) – a plus
    • Demonstrates a passion for and/or experience in mental health/psych care. An academic accreditation is also a plus.
    • Thrives in a dynamic environment and desires to grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
