As a team, our commitment is to provide an exceptional experience and expand our member base to assist more individuals on their wellness journey.

    • Help clients understand the benefits of regular massage, skin care, and stretch.
    • Build relationships with members and guests to expand and maintain a loyal client base.
    • Introduce clients to retail products that enhance and prolong the positive effects of the services they receive.

    Perks & Pay:

    • Competitive base pay ranging from $13-14/hour, bonuses, and commissions
    • Flexible schedules - weekend availability required

Your role in this mission involves converting guests into members, keeping members engaged, driving retail sales, and providing an exceptional experience:

    • Offer exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, scheduling services, answering inquiries, maintaining client confidentiality, and ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
    • Emphasize the value of total body care by educating clients on services, selling wellness programs, booking future appointments, and promoting retail purchases recommended by service providers.
    • Enhance member retention through proactive outreach to current members.
    • Uphold Massage Envy's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
    • Foster our workplace culture by acknowledging team goals and fostering positive relationships.

    • Outstanding sales professionals willing to lead in connecting clients to memberships, services, and retail products to support total body care. Bonus for prior retail or sales experience.
    • Individuals of integrity dedicated to prioritizing the well-being of members, guests, and team members.
    • Proficient and resourceful with strong math and computer skills, able to handle cash, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experts in customer service who ensure everyone feels valued and supported, whether in person or over the phone. Bonus for previous customer service experience.
    • Quick thinkers who can prioritize tasks and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team players who collaborate effectively in a dynamic setting.
    • Advocates of total body care with a basic understanding of massage and skin care services.
