    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our leadership team at Cartelligent.

    The ideal candidate will have a hands-on mentality and a track record of leading, coaching, and growing a high-performing team to exceed sales goals while fostering our collaborative and supportive culture.

    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

    Work directly with the CEO and other Executive Team members to understand how the Sales Team goals directly factor into our shared company goals and bring ideas and best practices for the department to the leadership team.

    Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team of 16 people to increase individual performance and team numbers.
    Monitor and share both individual and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Use data, analytics, and experience to reduce drop-offs in our current sales funnel and increase overall conversion rates, including experiments to increase conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.

    Use data from Salesforce and other internal tools to monitor the sales funnel and the department's performance.
    Strategically assign leads to optimize conversion rates while maintaining an even playing field for the sales team.
    Collaborate with Sales Team and Accounting to ensure commissions are calculated accurately.
    Create engaging training programs that elevate the team's skills and knowledge.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    ~8+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
    ~ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    ~ Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    ~ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data to identify potential opportunities.
