    Description

    At ODORZX INC., we are seeking a motivated and experienced Working Territory Manager to oversee and manage car washing and detailing operations within their assigned territory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Travel extensively, approximately 50-75% of the time, to visit different locations.
    • Manage and supervise car wash and detailing operations in the assigned territory.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, implement improvements as necessary.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
    • Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and address any issues or concerns.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in car washing and detailing operations.
    • Minimum 1 Year Management experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of car washing and detailing processes, equipment, and products.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time or more.
    • Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
