- Conduct fundamental research to underwrite potential investments across asset classes including equity, credit, hard assets, and private investments
- Construct detailed financial models on individual securities
- Communicate with hedge fund managers and industry experts to formulate investment theses
- Monitor existing investments by maintaining company models and updating positionlevel investment scenarios and risk/reward expectations
- Draft and deliver investment memoranda for presentation to the company's Investment Committee
- Conduct research on the macro and micro factors that may impact potential investments

Description
:$20b+ Credit fund focused on unconstrained research driven value investing. This will be partnering with a team identifying investment opportunities across public and private Stressed / distressed credit and special situations opportunities spanning a variety of asset classes and geographies. The analyst will be exposed to different asset classes, industries and geographies across a wide range of transactions including M&A, recapitalizations, restructurings, divestitures, etc.

1-3 years of experience within investment banking, private equity and/ or hedge fund experience
Experience investing across the cap structure, with an emphasis on the credit markets
Strong modeling skills
Excellent communication skills
