Growing together.The Manager of Field Account Management, TPA is responsible for supervising the Account Management staff that is tasked with customer retention in the TPA market.
We are looking for a solid, strategic leader who has experience dealing with C suite level customers, has a solid vision for his / her team and can successfully execute on that vision.
If you are located in Southern Nevada, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a team of Field Account Managers based throughout the State of Nevada Management and triage of customer related contacts, wellness integration and assistance in supporting UHG value proposition Training and development of employees, leading and developing a team of employees Managing employees up into other opportunities within the organization Manage customer satisfaction metrics, field account manager surveys and overall team results You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in
Required Qualifications:
Sales Insurance License maintained by Law or ability to obtain upon hire 5+ years of sales management experience, health insurance industry preferred Solid sales or account management with experience managing a TPA book of business Demonstrated success dealing with brokers/consultants with a proven track record of meeting goals/target Willing to work on-site hybrid in Las Vegas, NV 89128 Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time
Preferred Qualification: 2 years management experience with sales or account management team *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy
Nevada Residents Only:
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $155,000 annually. Role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
