    A growing ABA therapy group in Phoenix is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join their organization. The organization was started due to the founders' passion to help children facing life with an ASD diagnosis and their families. The organization has been successful in their one year in business with plans to expand to multiple locations within a year.     Principal Responsibilities:
    • Complete client documentation and reports in accordance with organizational and governing body regulations
    • Provide parent/caregiver training 2 times a month
    • Assist with scheduling when needed
    • Provide direct coverage as needed
    • Be present in the center during business hours
    • Assist with any other clinical needs that may arise
    • Fulfill continuing education and other requirements to maintain BCBA and AZ licensure
    • Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of concepts and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
    • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ESDM, Vineland, Socially Savvy, etc.)
    • Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working with clients
    • Track authorization dates for clients and update all treatment plans before authorization expires
    • Evaluate provider competency and deliver feedback during direction sessions
    • Develop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA
    • Train each staff member on the client's specific behavior treatment plan
    • Monitor individual treatment programs and behavior plans and make programmatic changes as required
    • Continuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective
    • Utilize technology platforms for client record management

    Qualifications/Experience:
    • Masters degree in Special Education or Psychology from an accredited university or college preferred
    • BCBA licensure
